Elijah Daun – Lost in Translation

Get ready to strut up because this artist has a swanky groove and serious rap talent. I love how his melodies vibe with the arrangement. It’s such creative spin.  This song is about a past relationship where the communication was so awry that it caused multiple issues to the point it ended the relationship.  Elijah Daun is a young music artist from Connersville, IN who refuses to believe in limits. What I really enjoy is storytelling through music. Not about my life, necessarily, but some story I’ve made up in my head or from a movie or show I’ve seen or a book or poem I’m writing. It’s just how I like to express my creativity.”

The TapeTrip – Going Places

The TapeTrip is hip-hop on the right side of the tape. It is a delight over everyday life and what life has turned out to be, when coffee, a cigarette and breakfast in a sunny kitchen are just as enjoyable as the first joint at youth parties. Immerse yourself in a hip-hop world where geography is no longer important – only music and emotions related to it matter here.

Jolene Lozano – Delicate

olene Lozano’s Soulful Voice Resonates with Expressive Tone on New Single ‘Delicate’. Jolene Lozano has a soulful voice with presence that grabs you from the first note. Her sound resonates well with expressive tones and warmth. As a vocalist, she’s got a nice grasp of her own vocal range and knows how to make an impression in the R&B/ soul genre. This area fits the vocalist very well. I would love to hear her stretch her range a bit more on another song and see what happens when she takes on a song with more challenges.

Gold Fang x Shanae – Do It All Again (feat. Shanae)

Alternate single from Gold Fang’s debut mixtape SMOOVE KILLA. 15 tracks Trinidad-born and Eora-based artist Gold Fang today unveils his debut mixtape SMOOVE KILLA, and shares his new single ‘Spaceship’, out now via his home at NLV Records.

Housing a collection of tracks that traverses dancehall, reggae, rap, RNB, and soul, SMOOVE KILLA demonstrates Gold Fang’s versatility as an artist soaring to new heights. In this debut, we see a hard-souled new chapter: high in energy, distinct in production, and infectious in rhyme. Pulling into every corner of his musical palette, the mixtape features a steady stream of previous releases, including the sultry summer single ‘Drop‘ featuring Naarm-based, Egyptian-Australian vocalist CD, the free-flowing ‘Big Natty Rasta‘, ‘Wet‘, the energetic ‘Mi Nuh Like’ and his recent release ‘Remedy’, a cover of Shabba Ranks and Maxi Priest’s 1991 reggae classic ‘Housecall’.
